Pons fee settlement

Some fees must be processed by the official Pons system before Pair can use them.

Before graduation

The vault is the official creator-fee recipient. While the coin is on the bonding curve, it can request a fee sweep and claim released ETH from the official fee escrow.

Sweeping and claiming are distinct from adding liquidity. Pair should only mark funds received when they actually reach the vault.

After graduation

The published Pons hook restricts some fee-conversion sweeps to its fee operator. In particular, pending launch-token fees or certain buyback balances can require the official operator. Pair cannot remove that restriction by wrapping the factory.

The vault can claim already-released escrow funds. If the official sweep has not happened, the dashboard shows that the proceeds are awaiting settlement. A keeper retry cannot manufacture permission to perform a restricted official sweep.

Official controls

Pons retains its own protocol controls, including a timelocked creator-recipient override. Pair’s fixed internal split does not remove that upstream authority.

A change in official configuration or recipient can affect future receipts. Existing vault balances remain separate from pending official fees.
