Resolve the current transaction or dependency before starting another launch.
The wallet will not connect
Use an Ethereum-compatible wallet and allow Pair to request an account. On mobile, open the site in the wallet’s browser. If the network is missing, accept the Robinhood network prompt after checking chain ID 4663.
Rejecting a connection or signature does not spend funds. Retry from the same page; your coin form remains available.
The launch simulation fails
Check that the wallet has enough ETH for the launch value and gas. Reduce the opening allocation if it approaches graduation or the available balance. Confirm the selected quote token is a contract on Robinhood.
If official economics changed or launches were disabled, refresh the review. The application does not bypass a failed simulation to force a transaction through.
The transaction is pending
Open the transaction hash in the explorer. If it exists and is pending, wait or use the wallet’s supported replacement flow. Do not submit a new launch as a substitute for checking the old one.
If the receipt succeeded but the interface has not updated, retry its status check. A reverted receipt means the launch did not complete and gas may have been spent.
The custom pool is empty
Check whether the launch used zero inventory, whether quote assets have been funded and whether official fees have been released. A pool address alone does not mean reserves were deposited.
Check execution policy, route availability and the minimum amount needed to justify gas. Fees awaiting Pons’s operator remain pending until official settlement completes.
Data is unavailable
A stale timestamp means Pair is showing an older usable snapshot while a provider is unavailable. It does not change the age of the underlying data.
Wait before retrying if rate limited. A repeated outage should not be worked around by signing a transaction with unverified amounts.
